Note: Prior to 1 July 2008, the reports were issued by the Transurban Customer Ombudsman (TCO) and were limited to matters affecting CityLink, Hills M2, Roam and Roam Express customers only. Prior to 1 August 2006, the reports were issued by the CityLink Customer Ombudsman (CCO) and were limited to matters affecting CinkLink customers only.
